I have configured a caller post hangup destination to a survey IVR (i have tried an annoucement too). Problem is that when the agent finishes the call and hangs up, the caller’s end also disconnects (rather than be diverted to the IVR). The log doesnt show the call hitting the post hangup destination.
I tried creating a new queue with default settings (except the caller post hangup), but the same thing happens.
The log shows the dial plan setting _CALLER_DEST to the correct post hangup destination. But this variable does not appear to be used in a hangup scenario. Any ideas?
