The problem:
If the core module is updated files is subscribed and the Queuemetrics for work because there is no longer the dialplan.
Problem Solution:
I solve this problem insert #include extensions_queuemetrics.conf in extensions_override_freepbx.conf

the problem should be solved in newer versions of Espresso; with recent versions of FreePBX, Espresso should include our dialplan in the correct file.

Insert #include extensions_queuemetrics.conf in extensions_override_freepbx.conf and reinstall module Core.
you mean unload and load the extensions module? Also this line is added in extnesions_override_freepbx.conf under /etc/asterisk.
Firist, insert in extensions_override_freepbx.conf the line below:
#include extensions_queuemetrics.conf
Go to Admin => Module Admin and click in Check Online
Search Module Core and Force Download and Install
