Queue Wallboard Widgets appear to be missing options?

We have the latest versions of FreePBX and all modules, but there appear to be some discrepancies in the options for the Wallboard Widgets.
Namely, the ones that should show “Time Range” options do not (such as Longest Wait Time).
This page shows that there should be an option for it below the queue selection and alert above fields: https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/FPG/Queue+Wallboard+Widget+Definitions#QueueWallboardWidgetDefinitions-LongestWaitTimeonQueue

Ours is missing that Time Range field.

The widget is showing “Longest wait time since last reset” instead of an actual time period, but it doesn’t seem to be accurate as the system has been up for 18 hours and showed 4 minutes a short time ago, but now says 42 seconds.

There must be some setting I’m missing here.
Any guidance is appreciated.

Also, on a related note, is there a way to show the current list of waiting calls in detail, with current wait times?

Also, there seems to be an issue when an agent is logged out of the lowest queue number they are a member of where the “Agent Summary” widget shows a red “Unknown” status rather than idle, or paused, or on a call for other queues they are logged into.
This is very disconcerting as it makes it useless if that is the case.

This is a commercial module, you’d need to contact support.
