Queue Wallboard Report Error

Hi Everyone,

There is an issue with queue wallboard. The received calls in queue wallboard is different from the number of calls in queue reports.

Also, call count on the wallboard does not exceed 183 calls. On many occasions, it will count lower.

Kindly advice on what to do.

This is a commercial module, supported by Sangoma. Have you opened a support ticket yet? If not, I would start there.
