Queue Wallboard - Not works

Greetings

I purchased the Queue Wallboard module and installed it
As you can see from the various attached screenshots, some widgets do not work, while others do.
For simplicity, the widgets that have no data are highlighted in red in the various screens
Is it possible to understand why?

This is a commercial module. Opening a ticket with Sangoma should give you support for troubleshooting.
