Probably just is what it is but I told the customer I would ask:
Is there any way to make stolen calls (see above) or Caller-initiated transfer calls to not show as abandoned? I am guessing this is Asterisk and the Queue Reports are just showing what happened.
The call was pulled out of the queue. As far as the queue is concerned it (the call) abandoned the queue.
I think you have a design issue if this reporting is a requirement.
That is what I figured, but I though I would ask.
