Queue Reports data missing

Morning all. I’m trying to run our end of year queue reports and apparently sometime in the last year it reset it’s data retention to the default 90 days vs the 390 I had it set at for the last 3 years… Is there a way to get this data as the logs are set to not delete so it should all still be there?

I’ve tried rerunning the report after resetting the data retention timeframe.
I’ve restarted the console.
Fri when there is no one on the system I’ll reboot.
Any other suggestions?
