Queue raise penalty not showing on Gui freepbx 14 asterisk 16

it is not showing Initial Raise Penalty option does not show anything on the gui
as it is stating that it has been updated on aug 2019 but we have updated to the lates and not getting the option on the gui.

Bug was fixed in VQ Plus versions 14.0.4.12 and 15.0.7.14. Upgrade to edge with:

fwconsole ma upgrade vqplus --edge

If you’re running PBXact that command won’t work, open a support ticket.

It is giving the error of the online version is the latest after running the above command
