Queue performance analyzer

I have configured an IVR with some queues. All calls coming into the IVR takes more than 5 minutes on an average to reach the destination. I tried it out myself, it took a lot of time (the welcome and menu message plays though). Is there any way to look at calls in the queue and available call handlers(people who can take the call ! ). I would like to make this IVR responsive. please share your thoughts.
