I have installed asterisk 1.6 with free pbx 2.6 for an inbound call centre. At the moment my queue answers the call then transfers it to an extension.
How can i configure such that the extension is the one that answers the call via the queue of course instead of having the queue answering then the extension answering too.
The reason being that calls to my call centre are charged on per call basis and my records on freePBX shows the queue answering then an extension.
Please assist.
