Hi there, can we set agents to enter a specific code while they are login to the queue? Also we want to set a different code for each user? I’m using PBX Firmware:12.7.8-2104-1.sng7.
In older versions of FreePBX you used to be able to set a password on each queue. Unfortunately, it was removed.
However, you should be able to achieve that with a custom dialplan.
