Queue list in QXact Reports incorrect


When I run QXact reports the list of queues is incorrect. There seem to be some queues that we deleted several weeks ago, is there a way to refresh this page to reflect current queues?

Queue reports are generated from queue log history. As long as the queues exist in the past logs, they will display in QXact reports. You can control how much queue log history is retained in Advanced Settings.

Is that the Qxact report data retention setting? (Currently set to 90 days)

Yes, by default QXact generates reports from 90 days of queue event data.
