Queue issue

MAX WAIT TIME : 10 SEC

QUEUE SET UP

SCENARIO 1-NO STATIC AGENTS

WHEN DIALED FROM EXTENSION IT GOES TO IVR (FAILOVERDESTINATION)

WHEN CALLED FROM PRI (ZAP) THE CALLS IS DROPPED.

SCENARIO 2- 1 UNREGISTERED STATIC AGENT/ NO AGENTS FREE

WHEN DIALED FROM EXTENSION AFTER 10 SEC IT GOES TO IVR (FAILOVERDESTINATION)

WHEN CALLED FROM PRI (ZAP) CALL IS KEPT IN THE QUEUE FOR ETERNITY (ENDLESS).

QUESTIAN:

WHY MAX WAIT TIME IS NOT TRIGGERED WHEN CALLS TERMINATES FROM PRI?
