Question about dialplan , have inbound call with international number

Hi , i don’t find the good way to receive inbound call with international CLID not local one.
I’m in france my inbound call come like 06XXXXXXXX and i want in +336XXXXXXXX .
I know we need to customise extension.conf config file, but need help for remove the normalisation of number.
If someone can help me , was wonderfull .
