Question about custom extension dial string

I have to create a custom extension that dial an external number, waits a moment then dial an extension.
I found something that seems to work. I just use the following string in the dial field of a custom extension:
LOCAL/4509999999@from-internal,30,D(wwwwwwwwww209)

Can someone tell me what the “30” stands for ? I tried to change it to something else and it stops working. Is it some kind of SIP code ?

Timeout. How long the dial application waits for the channel to answer.

Thank you ! It makes sense. I tried to use “1” to see what would happen, the call hung up immediately.
