Quality issues with P325/330 models

These Sangoma phones have much poorer audio/call quality than either Cisco or Polycom phones - I have tried all 3 types on the same network setup. Is there a known issue with Sangoma phones? Should I be using different codecs than what I am using - currently: PCMU “ulaw” & PCMA “alaw”

Has anyone else noticed this?

What firmware version is on these phones?

Recently I updated to 4_11_4

Sorry, don’t have much feedback beyond that. We’ve been using these for a little while and haven’t heard complaints or noticed otherwise.

Have you opened any tickets with Support? Direct troubleshooting in this forum is sub-optimal.
