For Polycom VVX450 (and most Polycom phones), the .cfg files are usually stored in the TFTP root directory.
On Linux, that’s typically /tftpboot/ or /var/lib/tftpboot/. On Windows, it’s often C:\TFTP-Root\ (or wherever your TFTP server is set to serve files from).
If you’re using HTTP/HTTPS for provisioning, check /var/www/html/polycom/
