Provisioning Issues with P310 and P320 Devices on ACT 1200 PBX

I hope you are all doing well.

I am facing a problem with our ACT 1200 PBX, which experienced an unexpected power outage. Since then, I have been unable to provision new P310 and P320 devices. Although I add the MAC addresses to the corresponding extensions, these devices do not automatically connect to the PBX. The only way to get them to work is by manually configuring them, but when power is lost, they restart and lose that configuration.

In the same ecosystem, the S206 and S406 devices provision without any issues, which makes the problem even more puzzling.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions on how to resolve this situation.

in the Endpoint manager module, Extension mapping submenu, is the “Configured by” column set to “Server” for the P-series phones?

If not you can toggle it with the gear icon at the right end of the Actions column.
