Just switched over to SMTP2go and voice mails will email out to gmail or other accounts but bounce when sent to company domain users, debug getting unknown user msg.

Are you able to setup an account on the company domain for the sending PBX “From” user eg. asterisk or pbx ?
Google blocks everything unless your mail server has EVERY possible security setting on it. DKIM, SPF etc. They’ve become and ever increasing PITA to send mail to. Also they will classify email and file it in the users inbox in weird ways so often the mail is there, the user just doens’t see it. That’s more of a receiving user issue but most users don’t bother with trying to sort it out.
We just gave up and created a gmail account to use on the PBX’s for anyone that woudn’t give us one of their own addresses to use. Once we did that problems went away.
