user logout and user login is not working.
I’m using dial codes *11 and *12.
I’m getting voice error: “an error has occured”.
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Are you configured for deviceanduser mode or extensions mode? Don’t know what I’m talking about or asking you would mean that you are configured for extensions mode.
You need to edit a setting in amportal.conf to change to deviceanduser mode and restart asterisk. (it’s documented in the config) You can find more info on this site by entering deviceanduser in the search box.

OK, I changed amportal.conf, to deviceanduser, restarted asterisk and it’s still the same…
