I need some help with configuration

My outbound route and outgoing calls goes well
But other can’t make a call
I have some analog telephone with number 181, and mp fxo gateway. I connect analog line with fxo, and ethernet with my ip phone(which number is 7060). And make some configuration like in the link above
But somehow another numbers can’t make a call, they can make a call to 5060, but not to 181.
Freeswitch and FreePBX are not the same thing.
