I have just setup a queue and with the dynamic agents when they dial *45 to login the announcement that they have logged in or logged off is not played except for one or two of the extensions setup to be an agent. I even tried to delete the queue and set it up again with the same results.
I am wearing out CTRL-C and CTRL-V on my keyboard. 
Logs and versions would be helpful.
