You need to download the files your phone is going to need and place them in the /tftpboot directory. Any files that can’t be found will be ignored and the current file in the phone’s firmware will be used.
You should consider installing Chan-SCCP-B for your SCCP Channel driver and the SCCP Manager, both on GitHub, to make your job easier. Follow the instructions I posted in the Chan-SCCP-B Wiki for installing with FreePBX.
