Problem with System Recording

Hi I have An issue when I want to record a message whit Systems recording on PBX. The error code is Originate failed. overnight, it stopped working. Thanks for your support.

Pls give us more details about your issue… What error code your are seeing and how you are trying to use Systems Record?

as I said earlier, when I use the system to register from an extension. Originate failed error code appears.

Yeah, the extension can receve the call and they can call whit another extension. But when I try to record the message I have this error Originate failed
