Problem with sip provider

Hello my name is Oscar.

I am new to freepbx and need to configure a SIP provider, I have cast some progress in the trunk when I call but do not hear audio from the number you call .
my provider is Antel Uruguay


Sounds like your RTP ports aren’t forwarded to the PBX in your router.

It is almost never necessary to forward RTP ports, unless you have a very unusual router.
