I have an freepbx appliance 100 recently updrade from freepbx 13 to 15 and now with the incoming calls we only hear statics but if we talk they heard us with out problems, if we make call between extensions we don’t have any issue even with outgoing calls everything works great.
Your trunking uses what technology?
I got an E1 trunk
Doers that E1 land on a DAHDI device or a SIP ‘gateway’ ?
It´s configured on a SIP gateway
Check with the gateway that it is using the same clock source, framing, line coding and codec as your provider is transmitting
