Problem with Freepbx

Dear guys,

I have a special problem with FreePBX 2.10.0rc1.0
When user A calls user B and the use B answer the phone, two channels is build between these two users. The Problem appears when they (user A or user B) hang up the phone and finish the conversation. the Channels is not going to get free and the Channels stays allocated to the previous connection. and I can see the log of the conversation using “sip show channelstatas” that show 19:11:30 time of conversation!
If I don’t send the “request hangup” in CLI, the channel and phones stays busy and no other person will be capable of calling each of user A and B.

We need more info to assist you. What version of Asterisk? Is this a distro build or built by hand. What model of phones. You should upgrade to the latest 2.10 build.

version of Asterisk: 1.8.8.0
I have used FreePBX Distro 1.810.210.57-1.
this problem appear sometimes (one or two connection per day). and the phones are “Yealink T22” and “Snom 300”.

Send output of command ‘core show channels’ when the condition is occurring.

More than likely one of two things:

If SIP trunks you have a network/NAT issue and at some point are loosing RTP and don’t have the session timers set correctly.

If using analog lines you don’t have the disconnect supervision programmed correctly for your location/country.

in below command, you will find the User A (1701) and User B (1718) that are connected for around 18:00:00!. we do not have analog lines.
