Problem with call report reporting

Hello Friends, good afternoon! recently on 05/08 I realized that the call report recordings were not being made available through the frepbx graphical interface since 05/03, however, when I access the destination directories, there they are, I know that the certificate update was done on 02/05, but it doesn’t seem to be related.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to reverse this problem? thank you
