Please use plain text logs, from the log files, and use at least verbosity 3.
The PJSIP_HEADER diagnostic is not really an error, although, together with other things, it indicates you need to urgently plan to upgrade to chan_pjsip.
The cause 20 error typically means you are trying to call an extension that has not registered.
