Problem when finish the call

Hi,

In the freePBX we can get the current active calls and the channel as shown below:

But, when I finish the call, the channels remain active.

What is the parameter that can fix this issue in Asterisk PBX?

Calls are active after 40 minutes but I hang up after 1 minute or less.

Have you used a tool like sngrep or tcpdump to get a SIP trace of the call, to confirm that the call has actually completely ended?
