Problem install FreePBX

Hello in my FreePBX when i try to install it showed the problems and i can not using to call also. Anyone can you me?

Please provide all the information. How did you try to install, which OS, which instructions, what errors did you get earlier, etc?

@xrobau, @james i installed it for testing but install directly in VMware Workstation.
