there is problem in my pbx
when i`m make restore in my elastix i forget the monitor records
this error
404 File not found!
when i use to download or listen ???
It sounds like you may not be backing up the directory. If you are using the FreePBX backup module note it is designed for FreePBX 2.10 and above and does not account for 3rd party customization out of the box. If your Elastix version is running a FreePBX version before 2.10 then I would not expect it to behave predictably
i’m no need any sound before restore
now when i call and record the call i see it on monitor but when click on download i see not found 404
