Problem After Upgrade to 2.4

I have upgraded from 2.3 to 2.4 and encountered some issues. There was a 2.3 framework upgrade required before upgrading to 2.4. This failed and I was unable to use the web interface to upgrade. I downloaded the 2.4 tar ball and it installed without error. I successfully upgrade all the modules via the online repository, but I get this error when I open the web page.

Notice: Undefined index: SERVERINTITLE in /var/www/html/admin/config.php on line 349

Any suggestions where to look?

you probably have all notices being reported in PHP which is not necessary. However, feel free to open a bug on that one, it is probably ‘sloppy’ code that can be cleaned up although it is not doing any harm.
