Hi,
I’m trying to understand how I can achieve call interception with a call already in progress. all phones are on a internal network and have no external network path to the outside.
The 20 extensions (grandstream GPX 405) are located around a machine plant with one control room.
I want the control room to intercept any call that already in progress, even hanging up the other party necessary if there is an emergency.
Can anyone help with the configuration.
