Has anyone figured out a SIMPLE way to give the user the option to shut off MOH?
Never really thought about it.
I’m not sure how one would change the MOH class for a connection once it’s started. If that’s possible, then a feature code could probably be instantiated to do it.
As far as a SIMPLE way? If the above is a non-starter, then you’d have to drop the caller into a queue with “press 9 to turn off the music”, which would toggle them to the end of another queue with no MOH. As long as you didn’t have a lot of people enqueued at a time, that might work.
