Presence (SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY) Problem

Hopefully, someone has seen the following issue…I had no luck searching the forums:

I have quite a few x-lite clients in my work environment and I am occasionally getting complaints about presence (SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY) not working. SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY operation returns to normal, if a modification is made to a user/device and the “Apply Configuration Changes” button is clicked.

I am using FreePBX 2.9 and Asterisk 1.8. I just created a nightly cron that performs a “dialplan reload” as a workaround.

Please let me know if you’ve seen this or have a better solution.

You should file a Support Ticket if you’ve the reasonable suspect (and any evidence like a system’s log or any other way that shows/proves that could be useful to developers) that your system has such a bug.
