Presence normally works fine, however occasionally (at least once every other week), changing presence stops triggering follow me. Reboot the server and everything works fine again. Any idea were to start troubleshoot this?

appears its the rest apps daemon that stops, if I restart restapps everything comes back. any idea how to troubleshoot why it stops?
