Post Call Recording Script not firing and no mention in logs

The OS is Linux. Do you have any ideas why it would just ignore the Post Call Recording Script?

Their OS is also Linux, but it is a customised distribution. As the distro has come up on anohter thread, it is provided as an ISO image which installs on a bare machine (only BIOS) and installs a consistent set of all the software needed.

@blz What is the output of:

asterisk -x"dialplan show globals" | grep MIXMON_POST

and:

asterisk -x"dialplan show" | grep MixMonitor
