Is it possible that when someone calls the main number, I can have it flash on multiple phones, but only ring at a few of them? Basically so the others have the option of answering, but it wont be rining by them.

I don’t think it’s a configuration question 
Just look at the behaviour of your IP phones. Probably they already have that kind of functionality. For example, Yealink has the feature of visual pickup - u get a popup telling a phone of someone from your DSSKeys is ringing…

I believe you just have to enable this option from the web gui and set a dss key like BLF to another extension…
Features -> Call Pickup -> Enable Visual Alert for BLF Pickup
Be aware this is not working properly on PJSIP.
