Portal Problem with purchasing Commerical Modules

I bought three FreePBX Softphones 1 User 1 Year License on 1/8, says they already expired on 1/6.

If I click the update activation button, it does not show my purchased licenses.

I opened a support case about this, someone closed it without ever responding.

@lgaetz may be able to help, but the forum is not Sangoma, you’ll need to work with the company directly to understand/resolve the issue.
