Polycom vvx400 Phone

Guys,

I have a Polycom vvx400 phone that when I configure it for FreePBX 15 I cannot call the phone from another unit. I can call to other telephones from the Polycom but I get one way audio; sometimes no audio. Does anyone have a good config for Polycom vvx400 phone?
