Polycom VVX Phones Reverting to Non-TLS After Config Update in FreePBX End Point Manager

I’ve successfully set up TLS with FreePBX and Polycom VVX phones, and everything is working great. However, I’ve encountered an issue: whenever the phones fetch a new configuration file from the End Point Manager (EPM), they revert back to non-TLS settings.

My question is: What specific edits do I need to make to the basefile in EPM to ensure the phones retain their TLS settings? I tried to figure it out myself, but I got a bit confused and am concerned about accidentally breaking the basefile.

Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

If the config is added via Base File Edit, every new config generated from EPM will include those changes.

You can click on the Ext.cfg file below, select the line you want to modify, change the value, and then rebuild the config.
