I have Freepbx Distro version 2.210.62-1 installed with Asterisk version 1.8.19.1. I have just got a Polycom Soundstation IP 6000 and used the endpoint manager to configure it to register. I am able to get the phone to register but when you press the button for the speaker phone there is no dial tone. Also, when you press the numbers you hear no dtmf tones. I am able to call the phone but you do not hear it ring but you can see in the display that there is a call coming in. When you answer it, you can hear audio both ways on the call. I know there was dial tone on the phone before it was configured with the endpoint manager and registered with Asterisk. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
