We’ve recently come out of the dark ages and upgraded to FreePBX 12.
Aside from great improvements in showing the call pickup and transfer numbers one problem I’ve come across is that on outbound (external) calls the phones are showing CID: 01372XXXXXX
This CID is the number of the trunk and is the same every time.
This happens on IP 320 and 321 phones.
Also, if the caller doesn’t pick up then it doesn’t show CID: instead it shows the called number as I would expect.
If I scroll through the placed call list it just shows the CID: 01372xxxxxx but I can go into more info and see the actual called number.
I don’t want it to show the CID: at all but I’m struggling to find the relevant setting to change this.
