Polycom manual setting

Hi,

i have configure some polycom phone like ip 331, 550, 430 on freepbx distro and i have a problem with manual setting on phone.

I set language to fr, headset to plantronics, echo cancel to on; and every time i reboot phones, the config gone and i have to reconfig all of them

there is a way to keep those setting ?

in tftpboot i have override folder but nothing in it

Are you setting these on the phones themselves or using EPM?

on the phone directly,
menu,setting,basic,preference,language
menu,setting,basic,preference,headset

Normaly, it suppose to whrite information in server /tftpboot/overrides

but nothings happend, if we reboot phone, configuration gone
