Polycom BLF with Caller ID/ Directed Pickup/Attendant Feature Issue

I have a Polycom SoundStation IP 560 and wanted to get the BLF with Caller ID/ Directed Pickup/Attendant Feature (what ever you want to call it). This feature puts a button on Phone A and allows it to see who is call Phone B and answer the call if they choose.

I was able to get the button’s BLF and Directed Call Pickup parts working, but the CID of the caller does not show up. It show the the extension number of Phone B.

My Configuration:
FreePBX Distro: 4.211.64-4
Polycom SoundStation IP 560 - Frimware 4.1.0
Both Phones are off site (not on the same network as the server)
Inside “Asterisk SIP Settings” I have “Call Event”, “notifycid”, “notifyringing” and “limitonpeers” = yes

Any suggestions?
