Polly error "File not created"

We have an issue with Polly that is happening on multiple servers. When propolys-tts.agi runs it does not create the sln sound file but it does create the txt file. The only error we get in the logs is “File not created”. Are there any changes that have recently happened that would cause more than one server to have the same issue? If not, any suggestions on how to fix the issue.

Issue resolved. I was using this post:

And the message had apostrophes in it. Removing them resolved the issues.
