One of the phones on my network stopped working and came up with PointIP on the phone where it used to say the name. I tried to reboot it from the FreePBX GUI, but when I try that I get an error “exit: 20
Aborting reload because extension conflicts or bad destinations
1 error(s) occurred, you should view the notification log on the dashboard or main screen to check for more details.”
Please help.
Sounds like the configuration file for that phone has become corrupted. You didn’t mention what type phones you are using or how you are provisioning them.

I am using Polycom 450’s. How did the file just go from being fine one second to not fine the next? More importantly, how do fix it?
I am not entirely sure what you mean by provisioning, but we are using the FreePBX version 2.9.0.5. What else do you need to know to help me?
