PM200 not displaying anything

We have just purchased a new P370 and PM200 for reception.

I have programmed the P370 and added the PM200-1 to the configuration template via EPM. I have also made sure that under Extension Settings, the extension has the Expansion Module 1 set to PM200-1.

The phone works fine but nothing is displayed on the sidecar. I have tried Speeddial buttons, BLF’s and the App’s.

Currently running firmware 4.13.3 and EPM 15.0.60.12

Any ideas?

Im in a similar boat with a p330 & PM200.
