Please help, outgoing and national calls don't success

Hi,
I have a sip account, I put it in SIP (chan_sip) Trunk, and I made an extension, finally I added the outbound and the inbound routes, but the call did not work. Even when I called national numbers started when 1XXXXXXXXX the call also didn’t work. Pls help me.

I used two types of peer details of the trunk

host=
username=
secret=
qualify=yes
nat=yes
insecure=very
type=peer
fromuser=
dtmfmode=rfc2833
disallow=all
allow=alaw
context=from-trunk
authuser=

host=

secret=
type=peer
context=from-trunk
canreinvite=yes
allow=alaw&ulaw
dtmfmode=rfc2833

No useful info here, (you either masked everything or didn’t set them)

A) Don’t use chan_sip, reconstruct with chan_pjsip
B) Post a log of a failed call

Ok, before I post the log of the call, I wanted to use chan_pjsip as you said to me, so I put the sip account on chan_pjsip, but the issue is that the soft phone didn’t recognize the server of the pbx, I made sure that the port of chan_pjsip is 5060.

Aftere you set up your SIP channels, you need to be aware of which port any channel is bound to, so

What is listening on your server to UDP:5060 ?
How exactly is your endpoint configured ?
Please post logs, no mind-readers here :wink:

Can I send you my freepbx ip and my user:pass in private
and you try to solve the problem ?

under no circumstances should you send that information to anyone

It’s my server no one can take it.
If anyone steal the pass, then I can format the server and install the freepbx again.

I realy want to solve the problem.

If you want personal support

no sir, it’s a paid support.
I will go to another place to find a solution for my issue.
I’m upset because the freepbx community is useless and selfish.
thanks

How about you provide some actual real information on your issue and then we can help you out.
